As one of the significant manifestations of Iranian decorative arts, seven-color tiles possess not only aesthetic values but also function as a medium for conveying cultural, religious, and narrative concepts. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the formation of motifs, symbolic elements, and visual narrative strategies in the representation of two narratives: the battle of Rostam and Sohrab from Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh and the story of Joseph and Zuleikha, depicted in the seven-color tileworks of Afif-Abad and Eram Gardens in Shiraz.The research employs a descriptive-analytical method with a comparative approach. Data were collected through library studies, visual observation, and the analysis of selected visual samples. The analytical criteria include visual elements, composition, color, signs, and symbolic features embedded in the tile motifs. The findings indicate that both collections employ a shared visual language in the organization of elements, color application, and narrative representation to convey their thematic concepts; however, the narrative of Rostam and Sohrab is primarily based on mythological, heroic, and tragic concepts, whereas the narrative of Joseph and Zuleikha reflects religious, ethical, and mystical meanings.The results demonstrate that these seven-color tileworks, through the integration of literature, mythology, religion, and visual arts, have played a significant role in preserving and transmitting cultural memory and the visual identity of Iranian art. The motifs employed in these works function beyond decorative elements and serve as carriers of multilayered cultural meanings and narratives. پژوهش حاضر با عنوان «تحلیل تطبیقی نقشمایه های اسطوره ای و دینی در کاشی های هفت رنگ باغ عفیف آباد و باغ ارم شیراز؛ مطالعه موردی نبرد رستم و سهراب و حضرت یوسف و زلیخا» به بررسی چگونگی بازنمایی روایت های حماسی و دینی در ساختار تصویری کاشی نگاره های هفت رنگ این دو مجموعه تاریخی می پردازد. کاشی های هفت رنگ به عنوان یکی از جلوه های مهم هنر تزئینی ایرانی، علاوه بر ارزش زیبایی شناختی، بستری برای انتقال مفاهیم فرهنگی، اعتقادی و روایی فراهم کرده اند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناخت و تحلیل نحوه شکل گیری نقشمایه ها، عناصر نمادین و شیوه روایت پردازی تصویری در بازنمایی دو روایت «نبرد رستم و سهراب» از شاهنامه فردوسی و «یوسف و زلیخا» در کاشی های هفت رنگ باغ عفیف آباد و باغ ارم شیراز است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-تحلیلی و با رویکرد تطبیقی انجام شده و داده ها از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای، مشاهده و تحلیل نمونه های تصویری گردآوری شده اند. معیارهای تحلیل شامل عناصر بصری، ترکیب بندی، رنگ، نشانه ها و نمادهای به کاررفته در نقشمایه های کاشی نگاره ها است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که هر دو مجموعه با بهره گیری از زبان تصویری مشترک در سازمان دهی عناصر، رنگ پردازی و روایت گری، مفاهیم داستانی را منتقل کرده اند؛ با این تفاوت که روایت رستم و سهراب بر مفاهیم اسطوره ای، حماسی، پهلوانی و تراژیک استوار است، در حالی که روایت یوسف و زلیخا بیشتر بازتاب دهنده مفاهیم دینی، اخلاقی و عرفانی است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که کاشی های هفت رنگ این دو باغ، با تلفیق ادبیات، اسطوره، مذهب و هنرهای تجسمی، نقش مهمی در حفظ و انتقال حافظه فرهنگی و هویت بصری هنر ایرانی داشته اند و نقشمایه های به کاررفته در آن ها فراتر از عناصر تزئینی، حامل معنا و روایت های چندلایه فرهنگی هستند. https://jam.apadana.ac.ir/downloadfilepdf/258869
